Day 293/365. Challenge/Journal. Mural on Building Side View. So, yesterday I posted this building in Charleston WVA from the front view in order to see the mural that was painted on the entire face of the building. This image shows that in fact, the mural is on the front face and not the side of the building. That is when I discovered it was in fact, a mural! I was challenged to a photo trip to small town America to photograph architecture. I was also challenged to “look up”. So, I parked my car, walked with my camera and looked up. I took 8 days, 2500 miles, and visited Charleston WVA., Canton Ohio, Akron Ohio, Steubenville Ohio, Weirton WVA, Scio Ohio, and Wytheville Va. It is amazing what you see when you look up. Besides the architecture, I also included murals, lights, trees, signs.
