Stockyards Station by Roberta Byram. The Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas is an excellent place to see a cattle drive! Twice a day the street is cleared of people and the longhorn steers are herded down the middle of the brick street from the stocks. Authentic cowboys or cattlemen and yes, women, lead these awkward cattle for all to see! Edited.
